Data controller

Data processed

The website displays information about the venue and links to external services. During browsing, technical data required for the website to work may be processed, such as connection data and preferences stored in the browser. The website also stores the language preference and the choice related to external services.

The hosting and security service may process technical data required to deliver the website, protect it from automated or harmful traffic and keep the connection secure.

If the user uses links to phone calls, email, Instagram, Google Maps or the external booking service, data processing may also be carried out according to the privacy policies of the respective providers. The embedded Google Maps map and Instagram content are loaded only after consent to external services.

After consent, Google and Meta may process your IP address, browser information, visited page and content interactions, and may associate them with your account if you are signed into their services. Metricool measures visits only after consent, processing technical request data, visited pages and referral sources to provide browsing statistics. The menu and wine list are external Google Drive documents opened only when their links are selected.

The server retrieves the latest public content from @saor.vineria using an API (caption, date and link). This retrieval does not send visitor data to Instagram or require access to the visitor's account. The Instagram embed in the browser still requires consent. Post data is updated on the first request after an hour; if retrieval fails, it is no longer shown after 24 hours from the last successful update.

Purposes

Data is processed to allow website browsing, display information about the venue, remember the user's preferences, respond to any requests sent through the published contact details and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis

The processing of technical data required for the website to work is based on the data controller's legitimate interest in making the website available. The embedded map, Instagram content and Metricool analytics are loaded on the basis of the user's consent. You can withdraw consent through “Manage cookies” by choosing “Necessary only”. The page reloads when needed to stop Instagram and Metricool. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already occurred.

Retention

Preferences stored in the browser remain available until the user changes them from the website or deletes browser data. Any requests received by email or phone are kept for the time necessary to manage the request and any related obligations.

User rights

The user may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of personal data by writing to the data controller's contact details.

Complaint

The user may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if they believe that the processing infringes applicable data protection law.
